Innokentiy Vassily Semushin
Innokentiy Vassily Semushin received his Diploma in Mathematical Computing (1964) and his PhD (Candidate of Science) degree in Automatic Control (1970),
both degrees from
Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI”,
and his
Doctor of Science degree in Control Systems (1987) from
Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, Saint Petersburg, Russia.
His academic titles are:
"Professor of Mathematical Cybernetics and Informatics" (1990) and "Docent of Computer Science" (1975).
His honorary titles and awards are:

His research interests include issues related to adaptive
filtering and stochastic control aided by change point and fault detection methods. He is author of a great deal of research studies published at national and
international journals, conference proceedings as well as books, text-books
and chapters of books.
Since June 2006 he holds a post of Professor in the Department of
"Information Technology",
Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technology,
Ulyanovsk State University, Ulyanovsk, Russia.
