LaTeX Style FilesWe have style and class files
for authors working with LaTeX. There are two different
formats; monograph, and textbook. These can be obtained
from our ftp
site. In
case of difficulty, the site is at ftp.oup.co.uk, the
username is scimedbk, and the password is deliver; the
files are stored in /pub/outgoing/ac/. The files are
called:
- monog3n.zip
(for monographs and advanced textbooks);
- textbk2.zip (for undergraduate textbooks); and
There are accompanying files monog3.tex, and
textbk2.tex which explain how the class files work. You
may find these useful as they allow you to create
something close to the final product, but certainly
authors are under no obligation to use them. We would
rather authors work in a format with which they are
comfortable, and we deal with issues of layout and so on
at a later stage.
