Problems for Queueing Models
 - Arrival/Service Rates

After observing a queueing system with three servers for some time, an analyst estimates that, on the average, the efficiency of the servers is 2/3. The average number in the queue is 3. Customers are in the queueing system for an average of 30 minutes each. Although the time between arrivals and the service times are random variables, they do not seem to depend on the number of customers in the system. Arriving customers never balk.

Compute the arrival rate into the system and service rate of each server.
